#NoSurprises: Our first strategy sessions will focus on me learning about your efforts to-date and your short-term needs and goals, then creating action steps toward their completion. You will receive a written business plan ready to present to funders/investors, suppliers, and business partners.

What education and training do you have that relates to business strategy advice?

  • >15 years experience performing customer service, project management, business process improvement, and operations support for multinational US companies in the finance, logistics, and medical device industries; & a municipal health department contractor.
  • Consulting independently since 2008, then launched my practice in 2013.
  • Earned Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Society for Quality and granted Project Management Professional course certificate in 2012.
