Develop organizational goals or objectives; Determine resource needs; Hire and train personnel; Direct sales, marketing, or client engagement activities; Develop marketing plans or strategies; Determine pricing and perform product management; Direct organizational operations, projects, or services; Coordinate consultants' schedules and work assignments; Monitor & support the performance of our consultants; Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities; Direct financial operations; Analyze financial records to improve efficiency; Implement organizational process or policy changes.
In addition to running our firm and supporting my associates' client engagements, I also perform business consulting services directly to a personal client case load of about 100 clients.
